MUSICWORKS brings interactive arts education into the lives of creative students. We act locally and globally to engage the artistic potential, and cultivate meaningful relationships between students and professional performers. By using music as a method to address universal issues of communication, diversity and tolerance, literacy, and socio-emotional well-being, we capitalize on the curiosity of all students, and break down the barriers between artists and audiences. Our workshops can be extended to weekly or monthly residencies and after-school programs, and Musicworks teaching artists welcome the opportunity to collaborate with classroom teachers' curriculum in order to guide students through the process of applying arts to everyday life. Please visit the REMOTE RESOURCES section of our website, designed to keep in contact with ALL of our students during the Covid19 pandemic.
